ABOUT OUR RESEARCH
The Center for Public Policy seeks to enhance public policy dialogues in the Orange County community by encouraging faculty research on current local issues. Analysis of county infrastructure is a continuing interest, with focuses such as coastal water cleanliness, transportation, schools, sanitation and housing. Key programs include modest support for research, with an annual request for proposals from CSUF full-time faculty. The center also undertakes Orange County public opinion surveys through the Orange County Poll.
ABOUT OUR PUBLICATIONS
The Center for Public Policy encourages its affiliated faculty members to write technically accessible short applied papers of their academic research for public consumption. Any work citing CPP 'working papers' should ask permission of the author(s) prior to publication.
