Dr. Samuel Stone is an Assistant Professor of Public Administration. His research focuses on the measurement of financial condition of state and local governments, local government management, municipal home rule, and the finance of services across local governments. His methodological skills include financial ratio analysis, fiscal and credit analysis, and spatial analysis using geographic information systems (ArcGIS and GeoDa).
